With the aim to inspire, motivate and unite Filipinos to move more, move better, Nike We Run MNL (Manila) returns for a third edition on December 1, 2013, as 15,000 runners are expected to take the streets of the historical Marikina City and run the 10km in celebration of the spirit of unity that is significantly Filipino.

“For this year’s race, we have incorporated the personality of the people of the Philippines to motivate and inspire them to lead a more active lifestyle. Filipinos are kindred spirits who, without hesitation, unite for a good cause and help each other. Now on its third straight year, Gardenia’s “Happy Bread Day” is also Gardenia’s way of reminding Pinoys to have fun and show their love for bread in line with the celebration of “World Bread Day” held every October 16 where all bread lovers the world over share the goodness of bread while advocating the “sharing” and “breaking” of bread as a significant and symbolic humanitarian act.
