Painful Discovery

For the past few days, I noticed my sister’s pain on her stomach. It was aweful, she had to twist and turn to ease the pain at night. She can’t even walk normally. I remember, I had the same pain way back college. I swear, the pain was unbearable. I can’t laugh, ‘coz it hurts. I can’t even breathe normally. I was in my class when it happened. My friends told me to go home but I can’t even stand straight. They took me to the Jeepney station and I {alone} meet mom in her workplace. Mom is not a big fan of synthetic medicine and hospitalization thing so instead, we went to a clinic and had me checked up.

The nurse asked me where it was most painful. I gave her the details. She asked me to lay down,  inhale-exhale while she’s doing her thing. She said her conclusion, suggest some medicines, and the next thing I remember was mom and I went to buy fruits and buko juice. Then, I started to trust organic products over synthetic ones.

So, back to sister. I told her that the pain has to be because of our unhealthy diet. I suggested her to quit junk food, soft drinks, coffee, iced tea and canned goods. I also told her to get drunk with water and buko juice. And, to lessen her food intake {specially at night}. Thanks to doctor me, the pain was lessened. But, still there. So, come Monday morning, sister decided to go to the Healthway center.

After the same process did to her at the center {as I thought}, the result was funny. It was nothing but muscle pain. Weird! All the pain escalating from her tummy to her back was just muscle pain. But good to know it was just it, not the harsh thing on our minds. Next thing we did aside from laughing was to go to, where healthy meals can be found, Kenny Rogers. We ordered, frozen yoghurt and high protein meal, plus a brownies {for me}.

Then we decided to go to the grocery and grab some healthy stuff. We got yoghurt, banana, skyflakes, and finally, Apple Cider Vinegar- which was really hard to find. Okay, back to reality. I admit, I’m afraid to take it. The odor isn’t so nice, just your typical vinegar. I took it once {with water}, I had to spit it out. I tried it again.I took a teaspoon of it. Success! But according to my research, it has to be diluted with water or juice because it could damage the tooth enamel and the tissues in your throat and mouth{source}. I also tried it once on my hair to remove flakes and split ends, I haven’t fully seen {discovered} the results yet but I promise to post it, soon. So prepare to be amazed!

  1. I have been drinking apple cider vinegar with honey diluted in water. Some doctors that I spoke to doesn't believe me when I tell them that I do not take hypertension medication and I haven't any spell in a very long time since I discovered this "formula."
